Do you have these questions: Is there a risk of account association when managing stores on SellerSpace? Is it insecure to log in to SellerSpace accounts on different browsers? Will SellerSpace leak my store data? ...
Don't worry, YuYou is here to tell you, the answer is: Absolutely not, it is very safe and reliable! Why are we so sure? The following explanation will give you the answer!
1. Is there an association risk when managing stores on SellerSpace?
No! SellerSpace uses the Amazon official recommended: SP-API (Seller Partner-API) authorization method. After you authorize, we obtain your store data through the API interface, without logging into the Amazon Seller Central backend again. Furthermore, we do not transmit any store information separately to Amazon, we only use the store authorization token for interaction!
It's equivalent to us interacting with Amazon to retrieve data through the token you authorized after your authorization. Amazon cannot judge whether the authorized customers are the same person at all, because you used the frequently used IP of the authorized store to log in to the Amazon backend to operate the authorization.
Therefore, when operating authorization, please note:
When authorizing Store A, log in to SellerSpace on Computer A or IP A that you frequently use to operate the authorization;
When authorizing Store B, log in to SellerSpace on Computer B or IP B that you frequently use to operate the authorization.
Only when operating authorization, you need to use your frequently used IP to log in to SellerSpace to operate the authorization. After the authorization is successful, you can log in to SellerSpace to manage your store using any computer and browser, and you no longer need to worry about network environment issues.
2. Is it insecure to log in to SellerSpace accounts on different browsers?
No! Question 1 has already explained our data interaction principle. SellerSpace accounts can be logged in and used on any computer and browser. In addition, SellerSpace can also set up main and sub-accounts, and the login for sub-accounts is the same.
At the same time, to protect account security, we have set an automatic login time limit for accounts: 24 hours. That is to say, even if you have logged in to your SellerSpace account in a browser, it will automatically log out after 24 hours, and you will need to log in to your account again.
You can also set your browser to automatically clear the cache when it is closed, and you will also be automatically logged out at that time.
3. Will SellerSpace leak my store data?
No! As a SaaS service software, protecting user data security is our basic obligation.
SellerSpace cooperates with data security companies to regularly monitor vulnerabilities, and both we and our customers sign and strictly abide by the "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" to ensure user data security in multiple dimensions.
