The advertising spend displayed in the Amazon Advertising Console often differs from the actual charged advertising costs. This is because the Advertising Console data is operational reporting data, while the actual charges are financial data, sourced from advertising invoices.
Advertising invoices provide summarized data, showing which ad campaigns were charged, but not the specific costs attributed to individual products.
Therefore, to enhance the accuracy of product financial data, YouMail Cloud employs a distribution method to allocate financial-level advertising costs to the corresponding products.

Furthermore, to provide detailed insights into advertising invoices and their distribution results, YouMail Cloud has launched the "Advertising Invoice" feature. Sellers can directly view each advertising invoice data for their store and examine the corresponding distribution details, gaining a clearer understanding of their advertising spend distribution.

1. Viewing Advertising Invoice Information
The YouMail Cloud system automatically synchronizes store advertising invoice data. You can filter by Marketplace, Date Range, and Advertising Invoice ID to directly view the number of advertising invoices issued and their issuance dates.
The homepage data includes issued invoice information, such as: Invoice ID, Invoice Date, Invoice Time Range, Invoice Amount, Payment Status, Payment Method, Number of Ad Campaigns with Spend, and Details, etc.
It also displays the current accumulating billing period and amount.
Advertising invoices summarize the overall spend of ad campaigns charged within a period. In addition to viewing overall data, you can further examine the details of an advertising invoice, including: ad campaign spend details and distribution records in the Financial module.
1.1 Ad Campaign Spend Details
Click on the 【Invoice ID】, or click on the corresponding number under 【Number of Ad Campaigns with Spend】, or click 【Details】 on the far right to access the ad campaign spend details corresponding to the advertising invoice.
On the "Ad Campaign Spend Details" page,
you can view the spend details of all ad campaigns with spend under this invoice, including the spend amount under different spend types, clicks, and CPC.
Advertising invoices primarily serve the purpose of advertising spend distribution calculation. Therefore, you can also view how many products the ad campaign spend is distributed to, the respective percentages, and the specific products.

1.2 Financial Module Distribution Records
Advertising invoices primarily serve the advertising spend distribution calculation. Here, you can further view the detailed distribution records of this advertising invoice, helping you clearly understand the distribution of advertising spend.
Click on 【Financial Module Distribution Records】 to access the distribution details.
You can view all product information distributed by this advertising invoice, the corresponding distributed amount and percentage, and the ad campaigns they belong to.
The system defaults to displaying the advertising invoice distribution details for the currently selected date range. You can also filter for advertising invoice distribution details under other conditions, such as: the total spend percentage of a certain ad campaign in a certain month; the advertising spend amount and percentage of a certain product within a certain period, etc.
2. Updating Advertising Invoice Information
Amazon may periodically change the amount of already charged invoices or delete existing invoices. YouMail Cloud will synchronize these changes and display them as adjusted amounts.
However, due to the above reasons, discrepancies may occur between the data displayed in your Seller Central and YouMail Cloud. In this case, you can click the refresh button to manually update the advertising invoice information for the currently selected date. After refreshing, the distribution information will also change accordingly.
