Q1: How to register? (Don't have a Chinese phone number)
A1: The English version supports registration using email, Facebook, WhatsApp and other accounts.
Q2: Are you the same as Ziniao browser?
A2: Our functions are different from Ziniao browser. Ziniao is an Amazon multi-store backend management software, while we are a multi-store data operation software. Ziniu requires you to log in to your store to use it. We obtain your store data through official Amazon authorization and do not directly log in to your store.
Q3: Not receiving the verification code during registration?
A3: You can try refreshing your browser cache, try another email address, or try resending the verification code in a different browser.
Q4: How many stores can I authorize?
A4: Currently, there is no limit to the number of stores you can authorize. One Amazon store can only be authorized to one SellerSpace account, and one SellerSpace account can authorize multiple Amazon stores. This is our authorization rule.
Q5: Worried about the privacy of my seller store data?
A5: We can only see your usage within our system, such as authorization status, login and operation records. This is to accurately identify the cause when problems occur with your account.
Q6: Don't want to authorize the store directly, want to experience the features first?
A6: You can first use a demo account to experience the features of our web version and SellerSpace App. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

If you have no further questions, register an account and bind your store (using your store's frequently used network environment) to start using it normally.
Q9: Why can't I pay on my phone?
A9: Currently, payment can only be made through the computer web version. Payment cannot be completed on mobile phones.
Q10: Credit card subscription fails to redirect to the payment interface?
A10: You need to turn off the browser's pop-up blocker settings. It is recommended to use Chrome or Firefox browsers for operation.
Q11: Payment is successful, but still shows as a free user?
A11: It is recommended that you log out and log in again to synchronize payment information.
