Product Analysis
Q1: Why are data like Traffic Conversion Rate showing as 0?
A1: Because Amazon does not provide the corresponding API, data like Traffic Conversion Rate in our system currently needs to be obtained by manually uploading the Business Reports for the corresponding dates. Upload path: Operations Analysis -> Business Reports
Q2: Why are product images missing for some listings?
A2: If you have just authorized your store recently, it may be because the system has not yet completed data synchronization. Therefore, product images may be missing. They will be displayed once data synchronization is complete.
Site Analysis
Q1: What is the profit calculation logic?
A1: SellerSpace's revenue, FBA fees, commission, and profit calculation logic are explained in this video introduction: Click to view
Q2: What is the profit calculation formula?
A2: Profit = Revenue (Product Sales Revenue) - Total Expenses (Advertising Costs, FBA Fees, Amazon Commission, Promotion Fees, Refund Amount + Refund Fees + Product Cost Reimbursement, Other Amazon Fees, System-Set Product Costs, System-Set Other Costs)
Total expense details and sales overview - Site Sales, include the Return Cost Reimbursement metric.
Order List
Q1: What does the word "Pre" next to an order mean?
A1: "Pre" indicates that the order is a projected order.
Q2: Why are Pending orders projected?
A2: For pending orders, the sales data returned by the Amazon API is 0 for a period of time. At this time, the system will project the data based on the recent transaction status of the order's products (projected data items include: Sales Revenue, Amazon Commission, FBA Fees).
Q3: What is the projection logic for Pending orders?
A3: For the US marketplace, the system compares the most recent synchronization time of the product and the most recent settled order, and uses whichever is more recent for projection;
For European marketplaces, VAT tax is deducted for shipped orders that have been settled by Amazon; for pending orders, VAT is deducted for some but not all, because the calculation logic is different. European marketplace projections are based on the sales revenue of the most recent shipped order within the last 10 days. VAT tax is reflected in the sales revenue. If the most recent shipped order had tax deducted, tax will be deducted; if not, no tax will be deducted. When there are no shipped orders in the last 10 days, the product selling price will be used for projection, and VAT will not be deducted at this time. All projected sales revenue/commission/FBA fees for pending orders will be automatically corrected to be consistent with the Amazon backend after Amazon settlement (after shipped status)!
The Japanese marketplace follows the same logic, but the projection value time frame is longer, using the sales revenue of the most recent shipped order within the last 15 days for projection.
Q4: Why are promotion fees not displayed for Pending orders?
A4: Promotion fees are calculated for shipped orders. Pending orders will have promotion fees calculated after they are shipped. You can check the promotion fee display for your shipped orders.
Q5: Why is the sales data 0?
A5: For Pending orders, Amazon has not yet generated specific fees. If there are no settled orders for the same product in the recent 10 days, it will be impossible to project.
It will be automatically corrected after the order becomes Shipped status, and then projection will work normally afterwards.

Q6: Why is the sales volume different from the Amazon backend?
A6: You can switch the data source. If you select [Amazon Sales Interface] as the data source, the data at this time will be completely consistent with your Amazon backend;
If you select [SellerSpace Order Synchronization and Projection] as the data source, there may be a data delay of half an hour because the system synchronizes incremental order data every 15-30 minutes, and Pending orders will be projected according to the system's projection logic.
In addition, special case: SellerSpace sales volume is higher than Amazon backend sales volume. The Amazon sales interface corresponds to the sales volume of "Today's Sales" on the Amazon backend homepage. This sales volume may sometimes be out of sync due to an Amazon bug. The SellerSpace interface corresponds to the incremental order summary calculated from Amazon backend Orders - Manage Orders (sales volume may have some delay for orders cancelled on the same day).
Q7: Are promotion fees calculated?
A7: For Amazon promotions, if there are fees calculated in the order, the system will automatically retrieve and calculate them, including coupons and their redemption fees. If there are promotion fees not reflected in the order, such as Lightning Deal sign-up fees, you need to manually enter them in: Inventory Management -- Other Costs feature.
Q8: What does the string of characters displayed in the "Promo" word for promotional orders mean?
A8: This indicates that the order is a promotional order, and that string of characters is the promotion code for that promotion.
Q9: Can I view the buyer's email address?
A9: Currently, the buyer's real email address cannot be viewed. The email address displayed in our backend is the Amazon internal email address of the buyer corresponding to the order. We will develop a customer service system in the future to support handling buyer emails directly in our system.
Business Reports
Q1: Why can I only upload day by day, and not batch upload?
A1: Because the data in the system is displayed on a daily basis, you need to upload it day by day. Batch upload is not supported for the time being. You can also install the extension to automatically synchronize business report data.
