The other extension is installed in the browser where you access the Amazon storefront. This is to help you retrieve keyword rankings and product detail page rankings, etc.

Q2: What are the precautions for using the extension with users?

A2: Users can achieve the following effects with the extension: 1. Monitor their own keywords; 2. Monitor the same keywords under the same zip code, which can speed up the frequency of data scraping; 3. Monitor the same keywords under different zip codes, which allows you to monitor keyword rankings in different geographical areas.

Q3: What are the precautions for using the Keyword Ranking Extension?

A3: As follows:

1. Add the keywords and ASINs you need to monitor in the extension interface. The extension will then scrape the data. The monitored ranking data can be viewed in both the extension and the SellerSpace platform.

2. During the period when the extension is scraping keyword rankings, ensure that the computer running the browser with the extension is not turned off or put to sleep (screen can be off), and that the browser remains open.

3. When the extension is scraping rankings, it will automatically open new windows. Please do not close these windows used for scraping rankings. They will close automatically once scraping is complete.

4. Keyword rankings may vary depending on the zip code queried. You can modify the zip code in “View/Configure Data Scraping Site Zip Code” to scrape keyword rankings for the area you want to view.

5. If you want to monitor the performance of the same keyword in different regions (i.e., zip codes) simultaneously, you can use multiple users and set different zip codes to monitor the same keyword. (Note: Monitoring the same keyword with both the main account and sub-accounts will each consume a keyword monitoring limit.)

6. If you need to scrape keyword rankings for the Japan marketplace, please ensure that your frequently used VPN software is turned on for the extension to scrape keyword rankings.

7. If you find that the new pages opened for scraping rankings are loading slowly, you can try turning your VPN on or off (for non-Japan marketplaces).

Note: The extension automatically scrapes keyword rankings by simulating buyer searches for products using set time intervals. This is equivalent to you manually querying keyword rankings, except our extension does the manual querying for you.

You can manually trigger it to run once per hour. Automatic execution is at the fastest every 2 hours, depending on the time interval you have configured for scraping.
