Q1: I reset the product cost, why isn't the newly set cost applied to previous orders?
A1: Resetting the product cost applies to new orders placed after the setting time. For historical orders, you can use [Bulk Upload Actual Cost] to modify them.
Q2: The historical average cost was set incorrectly, how can I modify it?
A2: The historical average cost can only be set once. If it's set incorrectly, you can use [Bulk Upload Actual Cost] to modify it.
Q3: How do I modify the product cost of historical orders?
A3: Please use [Bulk Upload Actual Cost] to modify it.
Q4: I deleted a product in my Seller Central, why can I still see it in your system?
A4: We retrieve data through the Amazon API. When you delete something in Seller Central, the information might still exist in Amazon's system, so it gets synced back to our system.
If you no longer want certain product information, you can delete it in our system (soft delete). After that, the product information will no longer be displayed in the system, and data for that product will no longer be synced.
Q5: Why can't I find my product?
A5: You can check if you have deleted the product. Select the filter condition [Deleted] to view.
Q6: Can deleted products be recovered?
A6: Yes, they can be recovered. Filter by [Deleted], find the deleted product, and then select to recover it. If a product is deleted, data synchronization will also stop. After recovery, data synchronization will resume.
Q7: There is "Other Costs" in the product cost settings, and there is also a separate "Other Costs" feature. What's the difference?
A7: The "Other Costs" in the product cost feature is for individual products, while the "Other Costs" feature is for the entire store. You can add other unexpected expenses to the corresponding [Other Costs] to refine your profit calculation.
Q8: Bulk upload of actual costs keeps failing, prompting that the corresponding product cannot be found?
A8: Check if the SKU/ASIN can be found in the product cost interface. If it cannot be found, click [Manually Sync Products] and wait for it to update. If product information can be found, check if the filled content is correct and that there are no spaces.
Q9: I have set the product cost, but the profit is not displayed?
A9: Please check in [Product Cost -> Cost Calculation Method] if the cost method is set to FIFO (First-In, First-Out). Change it to [Fixed Cost], and you will be able to see the product cost and freight costs in the profit.

Q10: Product cost effective time?
A10: Setting the current cost will take effect immediately and apply to new orders after the setting time. The current cost can be set multiple times, and the effective application is the same;
The product cost of historical orders can only be set once. After setting, it will be applied to all orders before the setting time. If the historical average cost is set incorrectly, you can use [Bulk Upload Actual Cost] to modify it. After uploading, refresh the page to see the data.
