Purchase SellerSpace Credits, supporting Alipay + Corporate Bank Transfer (Preferred for Invoicing), with the payment process consistent with purchasing a plan.

1. Log in to your SellerSpace account.

If you haven’t registered for a SellerSpace account yet, you’ll need to register one. Click to Register

2. Go to the SellerSpace Pricing Page.

Click the 【Basic Plans】 button at the top and find the 【Credit Consumption】 plan.

3. Click 【Purchase with Alipay/Corporate Transfer】 to enter the purchase page and select the credit amount you wish to purchase.

4. Select Credits.

For single purchases:

Purchase 5,000 credits or more and get a 20% bonus, e.g., buy 5,000 credits and receive 1,000 bonus credits.

Purchase 10,000 credits or more and get a 30% bonus, e.g., buy 10,000 credits and receive 3,000 bonus credits.

5. Confirm the credits you want to purchase, then select a payment method and pay.

Credit purchases also support 【Alipay】 and 【Corporate Bank Transfer】. If you need an invoice, please select Corporate Purchase and note your account phone number. The payment process is the same as purchasing a plan.

6. Corporate Bank Transfer and Invoicing

After completing a corporate bank transfer purchase, go to “My Orders - Request Invoice” and click to fill in the details. Once the invoice information is submitted, you can download the electronic general invoice within 2-3 business days.
