I. Target Audience
Warehouse Staff, Operations Staff
II. Feature Introduction
Inventory replenishment is a critical part of running an Amazon business. Shipping and logistics are crucial, and when important inventory is shipped, tracking its delivery is essential.
To help our sellers track their logistics more efficiently, we've integrated 17track's powerful tracking capabilities directly into SellerSpace. You can now easily check the shipping status of your outbound FBA shipments and FBM orders within SellerSpace, and added tracking numbers will automatically update with the latest delivery information.
III. Use Cases
- Track logistics information for FBA shipments and Seller-Fulfilled (FBM) orders.
IV. Operation Guide
Before using the Logistics Tracking feature, please note:
- Each account has a daily query limit of 20 tracking numbers (FBA + FBM) per day.
- Tracking numbers that have already been added for tracking will continue to be tracked automatically and will not consume your query quota. Only the initial query will consume quota.
1. FBA Shipment Logistics

On the "Add FBA Shipment Logistics Tracking" page,
Enter the Shipment ID. After entering, the system will automatically detect if the shipment exists.
Note: You must track shipments within your current account. Tracking logistics information for shipments outside of your account is not supported.

Tip: If you are unsure of the Shipment ID, you can find it in the [Inventory & Purchasing -> FBA -> FBA Shipments] feature.
