SellerSpace's promoted products feature in the Advertising system synchronizes campaign performance data for all your promoted listings, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display campaigns. This helps you track advertising metrics for your promoted products and compare campaign performance.
一、Data Source
Through the official Amazon API, automatically synchronize campaign performance data for all promoted listings in your store.
二、Synchronization Frequency
1. Approximately 2-3 hours after successful authorization, advertising data from the last 60 days will be automatically synchronized, and promoted product data will be updated approximately every 30-60 minutes.
2. After the data synchronization for the last 60 days is completed, advertising data from the last 2 days will be updated approximately every 30-60 minutes, and advertising data from the last 3-60 days will be updated once a day, referring to the Amazon advertising attribution window.
Special Note:
1. If you modify advertising information such as the status of promoted products in Amazon Seller Central.
The system will not synchronize updates in real-time. Changes made in Amazon Seller Central will be synchronized once when you first enter the SellerSpace Advertising management page on that day, and then synchronized every 6 hours thereafter, unlike advertising data which is updated approximately every 30-60 minutes. Therefore, it is recommended that all adjustments be made in SellerSpace, which can be synchronized to Amazon Seller Central in real-time.
If you have made adjustments to advertising campaigns in Amazon Seller Central, you can manually synchronize information in a timely manner. Operation path: Advertising -> Promoted Products -> Sync Status.
+
2. If you add new ad groups, promoted products, keyword targeting, or non-keyword targeting in Amazon Seller Central.
The system will not synchronize updates immediately. It will only be synchronized and updated when the ad object has impressions.
If you have added promoted products in Amazon Seller Central, you can manually synchronize information in a timely manner. Operation path: Advertising -> Promoted Products -> Manual Data Sync -> Basic Data Sync.
+
In addition, due to Amazon's advertising attribution window, advertising data may still change within 60 days after it occurs.
The system does not synchronize historical data in real-time, so there may be discrepancies when viewing non-real-time advertising data.
You can manually synchronize historical advertising data through "Report Data Sync".
+
Special Note: Each site is allowed to manually synchronize up to 3 times per day, and the interval between each synchronization needs to be greater than 30 minutes.
3. You can also view the latest synchronization time of advertising data and confirm whether the synchronization is normal.
If the synchronization is abnormal, for example: brand advertising and Sponsored Display ads that were enabled after advertising authorization, you can click 【Refresh】 to re-synchronize.
+
