SellerSpace's Refund/Return Order feature helps you analyze product refunds and returns/replacements across multiple stores in one centralized platform for convenient and efficient management.
Through the Refund/Return Order feature, you can directly view data on refunds and returns/replacements, including:
Order Information: Order Number, Order Date & Time (Marketplace), Order Product Information, Order Product Quantity, Order Type
Refund Information: Refund Time (Marketplace), Refund Amount (including details), Refund Fees (including details), Payable Amount, Refund Reason, Order Status
Return Information: Return Arrival Time at Fulfillment Center, Return Arrival Time at Operations Center, Product Condition, Product Cost Restock
Other Information: Return/Replacement Time Interval, Buyer Message, Order Status
Helping you quickly analyze return/replacement reasons, calculate return rates, identify areas for improvement, reduce return rates, and increase profit margins.
三、Use Cases
1. Sellers can directly view the reasons for product refunds and returns for individual products through the SellerSpace system, identify product issues, and improve product quality in a timely manner to avoid greater losses.
2. The system calculates the number of days between the buyer's order placement time and the return/replacement time. Sellers can use this return/replacement time interval to view the average product return time and identify abnormal return orders. For example, if a large number of return/replacement orders occur within a short period and the time interval is no more than 2 days, sellers can proactively prevent risks.
3. The system provides the product return arrival time at the fulfillment center. For return orders where the product return arrival time at the fulfillment center exceeds 60 days, sellers can directly apply for reimbursement from Amazon to reduce inventory loss.
四、Data Synchronization Frequency
Synchronized every 15-30 minutes
